为落实国务院办公厅《加快构建碳排放双控制度体系工作方案》（国办发〔2024〕39号），支撑建立产品碳足迹管理体系，经相关标准化机构推荐、专家评审等程序，形成《工业产品碳足迹核算规则团体标准推荐清单（第四批）》，现予以公示。公示时间为2026年10月8日至10月14日。如有异议，请于公示期内将书面意见反馈至工业和信息化部（节能与综合利用司）。
