根据国家标准委下达的强制性国家标准制修订计划，工业和信息化部组织完成了《工业雷管延期时间测定方法》等11项强制性国家标准（征求意见稿）的编制工作。为进一步听取社会各界意见，现对标准征求意见稿及编制说明（见附件1-2）予以公示。
如有不同意见，请在公示期间填写《强制性国家标准反馈意见表》（见附件3），通过电子邮件发送至[email protected]（邮件主题注明：《工业雷管延期时间测定方法》等11项强制性国家标准征求意见稿公示反馈）。
