国家卫生健康委、国家疾控局、国家发展改革委、财政部、农业农村部、海关总署、国家中医药局：
《国家卫生健康委关于报请审定〈疾病预防控制“十五五”规划（送审稿）〉的请示》（国卫规划报〔2026〕54号）收悉。现批复如下：
一、原则同意《疾病预防控制“十五五”规划》（以下简称《规划》），请认真组织实施。
二、《规划》实施要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届历次全会精神，认真落实四中全会部署，坚定不移走中国特色卫生与健康发展道路，坚定不移贯彻新时代卫生与健康工作方针，实施健康优先发展战略，强化公共卫生能力，加强疾控体系建设，防控重大传染病，推动疾控事业高质量发展，为保护人民健康、保障公共卫生安全、维护经济社会稳定提供坚强支撑。
三、各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府要把疾病预防控制作为本地区“十五五”时期经济和社会发展的重要任务，加强组织领导，明确责任分工，细化落实举措，确保《规划》各项目标任务和政策措施落到实处。《规划》实施涉及的重要政策、重大工程、重点项目要按程序报批。
四、国务院各有关部门要根据职责分工，强化协调配合，加强工作指导，细化具体支持措施，及时研究解决《规划》实施中遇到的问题。国家卫生健康委、国家疾控局要加强统筹协调，强化对《规划》实施情况的动态监测和评估。重大事项及时按程序向党中央、国务院请示报告。
