《自然资源部、生态环境部关于报请批准浙江、福建、山东等3省国家级自然保护区和国家级风景名胜区整合优化方案的请示》（自然资发〔2026〕79号）收悉。现批复如下：
一、原则同意浙江、福建、山东等3省国家级自然保护区和国家级风景名胜区整合优化方案，请认真组织实施。整合优化后国家级自然保护区和国家级风景名胜区的名称、区域范围、管控分区由国家林草局公布。
二、方案实施要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届历次全会精神，全面贯彻习近平生态文明思想，认真落实党中央、国务院决策部署，坚持生态优先、依法依规、因地制宜、突出特色，实现生态保护、绿色发展、民生改善相统一。
三、有关部门和地方人民政府要严格执行自然保护地建设管理有关规定，切实履行生态环境保护责任，加强组织领导和协调配合，强化对涉及自然保护地各类违法违规行为的监管执法，确保各项管理措施得到落实，不断提高国家级自然保护区、国家级风景名胜区等自然保护地建设管理水平。重大事项及时按程序请示报告。
