你们关于在上海市暂时调整实施有关行政法规规定的请示收悉。现批复如下：
一、同意自即日起在上海市暂时调整实施《外国律师事务所驻华代表机构管理条例》的有关规定（目录附后）。
二、上海市人民政府、司法部等有关部门要根据上述调整，及时对本市、本部门制定的规章和规范性文件作相应调整，统筹发展和安全，建立相适应的管理制度。
